At Barclose, we stand behind our product and want you to be satisfied with your experience — but due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final
Because Barclose is a consumable health supplement, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at team@drinkbarclose.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed, as we begin fulfillment quickly. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
