Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS. Transit times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping (orders over $69).

Delays
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume. Once your order leaves our hands, we’re not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider — but we’re always happy to help track it down if needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Barclose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local post office or carrier first. If you still have trouble, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
